Lots of sites on the Internet offer to direct you to a real estate agent. I received a message from one of them recently that said:
"We currently have a family seeking assistance in relocating to your area. If you are the first to respond with a sincere interest to assist our family in their relocation, we will process that lead to you with "no obligation".
Their SOLE qualification was that I be "the first to respond"! Do you really want to use an agent whose only qualification was that he was the first one to check his email?
The difference between other referral websites and RealEstateBuyersAgents.com:
You know who our agents are BEFORE you give us any information. (One exception: If you fill out the form for us to find a Buyer's Agent in an area not shown on RealEstateBuyersAgents.com you will not know the agents name in advance.)
All of the agents listed on this site hold professional designations that demonstrate their dedication to their profession above and beyond that of an ordinary agent.
Other sites don't tell you the name of the agent they will give your name to. Why? Because they may give your name to the first agent they can find that will pay them a referral fee! In many cases, the only qualification that agent has is their willingness to pay a referral fee.
Worse still, they may give your name to several agents.
Each Agent on RealEstateBuyersAgents.com has been interviewed by me and has agreed to meet the high standards I require of every agent I list on this site.
Do they list the agents names on their site?
Do they assure you that the Agent who contacts you is a QUALIFIED Agent?
Do they have a Privacy Statement?
Do they tell you who (or how many) they are going to give your name to?
Do they try to identify you WITHOUT your permission by using "cookies" or requiring you to give your email address BEFORE you even enter their site?
