GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) assures you they are knowledgeable about all aspects of residential real estate. These agents have gone the extra mile to learn how to assist you in purchasing your dream home.

CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) means they have proven their commitment by their performance. An agent must meet stringent performance and educational requirements in order to earn this designation. Less than 5% of Realtors have earned the CRS designation, but CRS designated agents participate in 25% of the real estate transactions. This means that the Agent is in the top 5% of their profession, and a great friend to have by your side!
